I sucked two hours, I always got error 403 with some files, when I downloaded a
HTTPS site. But if I download these missing files directly (one-by-one) with
httrack, it works...

I found the problem.... the problem are the referrers.

The site use HTTPS, but httrack ALWAYS generate ALL referrers as "HTTP" not as
"HTTPS"! This is a bug...
Because some websites make a referrer validation...

Please fix this bug!
