Absolutely. The problem you may have here can be:
- server access rights (there is some nasty .htaccess in
the server, preventing from accessing the pages)
- remote filesstem access rights (the webserver isn't
authorized to access pages)
but this is definitely a remote problem ; a mirrored site
(s) will always work as good as on the local filesystem.
