I'm using httrack 3.20 on a Linux box. How do I modify the
template pages which display what pages are available/have
been mirrored.

Can't find anything in the documentation.  I tried editing
the files in /usr/share/httrack/templates but it does not
change the index.html page.  It still says: 
<!-- Note: Template file not found, using internal one -->
