When trying to download the site  
<http://www.wellread.org.uk/>
I only get about 1107 bytes of most of the graphic files as 
indicated by the error messages. I am using 3.21-4 and have 
set the retries to the maximum of 6.
Can some kind soul please check this smallish site and let 
me know their experience.
