understand

This is my target URL:
<https://xx.yy.zz/galleries/123456.html>

(xx, yy, zz is an example)

when I click the 1st image the URL address turn to this:
<https://xx.yy.zz/galleries/123456/001index.jpg>

*Note that it has 124 images with .jpg & gif inside the URL address 

My question is is there a way to download 124 images simultaneously without
copy paste each 124 image link address?
Any steps given is much appreciated
