I've been using HTTracker for just a few days, and I'm
facing a problem with .exe files :
Imagine a page with links to self-extracting zip files
(.exe). When I ask HTTracker to gt this page and all linked
files, I just get files containing this message :

This server has encountered an internal error which
prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely
cause is a misconfiguration. Please ask the administrator
to look for messages in the server's error log.
