HI, 
I have used HTTrack to copy the 2016 election files from this web address for
a research project I am working on.

After the end of the copying, I tried opening the files with 2016 elections
titles but only found that the index of each candidate was downloaded and not
the files within.

The other issue is I am using a text analysis software and I need these files
converted into text and whenever I try doing that it doesn't work because it
only converts the index.

I need help with this issue and I do appreciate getting an answer shortly.
