The Term "Download" only means a Direction (Download vs Upload)


By viewing a webpage in a normal browser, you must download it from the server
(the broweser does this for you) and stores in on your Harddrive (its called
the Cache )

The only thing different about HTTrack from your browser is that it
automatically clicks all the links (limited by Filters) and stores the local
copy in a more usable way.

Legality is How and What you do with it. Every thing on the Internet is meant
for you to download, otherwise it is useless to any one.
