When adding filters in Httrack is there a set scheme that the higher up filters
will take priority over inclusion or exclusion of websites and/or links ?
For instance :

+www.somewhere.com
-www.somewhere.com/pages
+www.somewhere.com/allow

If you have some links on index page u wish to exclude but others u want to
include can this be done in any order, or do + versions take priority ? aka.
scanning/reading from index and going deeper.
