It do works fine.

Why don't you open that particular website and leave it as it is.
Then run HTTrack to see if it works or not.

But the main issue is that if the link require some form of authentic input,
this is where it may failed.

That is some secured website do not allow this form of website capture, else
like no security at all.
There may be due to robots.txt rules of the site.

Hence it work on some site but not all site.
