Sometimes we will need to see a person's settings in order to help them
troubleshoot things. Can we get a way to send all of a user's options sent to
a text file? That would really help. 

Also, when I save default settings via the Preferences menu, Save Default
Settings, where are those settings stored? I have the portable version of
Httrack. I poked around and did not see any ini file.
