I am trying to copy a ghost blog with httrack. It creates all the files
properly but it renames the blog index.html as index-2.html. I have tried the
options: -I0, -%I0, %i0. 
There is no other file index.html in that location, but still it renames the
blog index.html to index-2.html. Please help to resolve this.
