Hi,

I was trying to download a large site with more than 2000 
pages, all in html. I downloaded around 1000 pages 
successfully at full speed, then I disconnected. When I 
resume, the download speed is at 0Kb/s or 111Kb/s (I am 
using dialup).

It's OK if I download as a new project (restart the whole 
thing).

Please tell me why and how to fix this.
