OK, I still don't understand why the Experts options 
didn't seem to work, but after I had the brilliant 
idea of looking at the entire forum rather than just 
the last 14 days, I got it to work by taking out all 
of the pre-made Scan Rules and using just the "Links 
on this Domain" criteria.   

So, thank you, Xavier, for making such a great 
program.  It was the user's fault this time!
