Yes it will.  

For security and platform reasons (so they say) my ISP 
won't let me run the programs I need on my site.  So I 
run Apache/PHP/MySQL on my workstation, do site 
updates there, and schedule to mirror the dynamic site 
with HTTrack then FTP upload my "static" pages.  Since 
I've got PHP parsing all .html files, the ISP 
webserver serves them out just like a regular site.  I 
love being lazy.
