I keep seeing errors like this:

file not stored in cache due to bogus state (broken size, expected 13382687
got 752081)

When I check these files on the local disk they are indeed damaged.  But the
same files on the remote are intact.  So why did the transfer fail?  And why
did HTT not re-try the download until it received the whole file?
If the remote file can be downloaded correctly by a web browser, there is no
excuse for this failure.
