I want to download all jpegs that ends in 3840x2160.jpg only
wallpaperscraft.com.  The jpegs are found on a subdomain
(images.wallpaperscraft.com).  Example:

<https://images.wallpaperscraft.com/image/forest_fog_trees_126479_3840x2160.jpg>

If I use default settings httrack grabs everything.  But if I fiddle with Scan
Rules it downloads nothing but .html and .tmp.

Is it possible to set up a scan rule that filters on a specific filename like

+*3840x2160.jpg

?
