I tried running it for about 10 minutes then ended it and checked.

Also, I don't know if I didn't let it run enough but it didn't seem to mirror
the item's detail page, covered by "+http://modthesims.info/d/*".

If I take one of the detail pages, eg <http://modthesims.info/d/622384/> and
use that as the Web Address to mirror it successfully mirrors the detail page
and the download file(s), but when I try and mirror the main index page
<http://modthesims.info/browse/ts4/> all I get is a lot of unwanted garbage
and I don't get the detail pages and corresponding downloads.
