I'm using Windows command line and getting error "Template file not found,
using internal one" in local index.html.  

It works properly when using WinHTTrack, and I can't find any options that
will let me specify from command line.  

I have also tried running command from install folder and templates folder but
neither work.

ps - the search function for this forum doesn't seem to work properly, only
allowing to see top page of results with no scrolling.  I've tried different
browsers and different computers, but nothing works.
