Sir, 
Please note duel to electricity failure, when we restart httrack and start
downloading websie, it ignores already completed webpages, it should exclude
(from downloading) already completed pages.

how it should be done.
when htrack starts downloading webpage, 
it first create a list of all the files required to be downloaded. 
next check if is there already completed files, exclude them from list. 

then it should start downloading webpages.
it will also speed up downloading.


I hope you understand the problem clearly and hope in the next version you
will remove this error.
