Question 1:
Well, seems I am out of luck then since those wonderfull
website creators didnṫ't use an extention for the servlets,
(i.e they used /home/whatever instead of /home/whatever.jsp)

Question 2: 
I think you pointed out my mistake :-) I use the --update
option now and it regenerate the html files, only now it
regenerate all html files but this has probably to do with
the fact that the site consists out of jsp servlets instead
of plain html.

If you have any sugestions or hints, please let me know and
