I'm a perfect newbie, but I didn't have any problem in starting the download
of <http://argosbookofdreams.co.uk> 

I just opened WinHTTrack, named a new project as "argosbookofdreams.co.uk" and
pasted <http://argosbookofdreams.co.uk> into URL textbox, then pressed NEXT
and END to dowonload it.

In less than one minute, the homepage was on my disk and could already open it
(while WinHTTrack was going on downloading other contents).

I stopped after two minutes.
