I'm trying to configure WinHTTrack using the text input under "Scan Rules".

Everything works fine, EXCEPT "maximum connections per second".

The guide <https://www.httrack.com/html/fcguide.html> includes all the settings.
For example "external links depth" are set by writing:
 --ext-depth=N         where N=levels.

BUT the argument "maximum number of connections/seconds" is supposed to be
written 
 *%cN                  where N=cnx/s.

Adding this argument to the Scan Rules causes the scan to fail.

Does anyone here know how to write that argument into the Scan Rules
configuration box?
