Freeze forum and allow access to old content

I want to freeze the current state of a forum and only make the content
available for reading.

I want to avoid a long update path of the forum ..

Can I upload the data drawn with HTTrack to the provider's server and make it
available as a frozen version that only accesses the data from HTTrack?
