In my recent experience if you start w/ one url and allow httrack to index and
download, it can potentially miss some things. I think if you wanted to ensure
accuracy you might want to independently get an xml map/url list for the site
and enter that into httrack as a starting point. 

I'm not a dev on this project and I may be wrong.
