Just in case somebody has the same issue I found an easy fix. Download
Notepad++ and make a replace of all text in .htm files replacing "https://"
with my drive directory "C/...". Later on if you have some issues (in my case
the text typos were lost because it was picking them from googleapis online)
just undo this for specific domains for example replace again
"C/.../fonts.googleapis.com" with <https://fonts.googleapis.com> again in all
files and typos are okay now.

Hope this can help somebody it took me a while to realize how easy the fix
was.
