Where did you take this info from? 
If it would be *html.tmp then I would have guessed it's from an interrupted
run. Then just resume the download and once it's finished, they resolve to
proper .html.

What is the "mu" folder?What is your parametrization of HTTrack?What is the
corresponding log output?And can you clarify if you interrupted the process?
