| > I was able to mirror the site I wanted to.
Great. So it worked.
> My problem is, all the picture are static links/files (if saying
correctly).
Not quite sure what problem you mean. HTTrack creates a static copy always.
When you look at the copied website in your browser, you see the picture,
right?Then, what is the problem?
> I’m curious if there is a way to mirror the site with the actual pictures?
What do you mean by "actual pictures"? You can see pictures in the copied
version, right? Then it has captured the pictures, which existed at the point
in time on the webpage when you used HTTrack.
Then all is ok, or not?
> The photos are stock images but I want to keep the code so it keeps the name
and data.
Can you clarify this more? It is not clear what you mean by that. "keep the
code"? "keep name"? "keep data"?
> And so when I convert to Wordpress or whatever I won’t be using the
mirrored site links for pictures. If that makes sense.
Can you clarify this more? It is not clear what you mean by that. "convert to
Wordpress"?
If you want to use the pictures in any other website, which you may setup with
Wordpress technology,
then you handle the image resources by uploading them for example with the
corresponding Wordpress backend.
"Links for pictures" of the HTTrack copied website are irrelevant. Wordpress
would create its own links to these
image assets then.
