It's up to you how you want to name this folder and where to place it :)

I am not using WinHTTrack version, so I am less familiar with this version. 

Certainly you can move around and rename the folder you currently set as "base
path", just make sure next time you run a new HTTrack task to update the path
in WinHTTrack accordingly.
