Since I am not using WinHTTrack, I can not fully check it out this way.
Certainly strange the result you experience.

Maybe you can try to use httrack on Windows command line, and try it with the
parameters I wrote in my first response.

p.s. note that this forum system puts every pasted URL into angle brackets. Of
course these must go. You can replace them with double quotes when you craft
the command for the command line.
