You are good to go with default settings. You can also try my favorite way of
any website. Remove anything from scan rules, then add the following exactly
like this:

+2kratings.com/*

Just frequently look at number or errors in error log and if there are any
report here. The only problematic error would be 403 Forbidden. While others
like Not Found should be ignored, because they can't be fixed, actually they
are not even errors.
