Once site has been downloaded, I seem to be unable to open it unless i am
connected to the internet. If i launch the "Index.html" it takes me to the
"HTTrack index of locally available projects, however when i click on the
project I site I want to open offline, It says i am not connected to the
internet. How do I open a project without internet connection??
