No need to replace anything with rename or search and replace except if can't
see local website because files are saved as php instead of htm.
But then still that is not good, but use --asume command line or in gui in
mime types tab define php to be text/html and then it will save properly
also use continue interrupted download in between each of options
modifications, to not have to redownload all files, but continue while using
cache
