I am trying to clone a page from Booking.com

In short I want to be able to have an offline copy of a Hotel, between certain
dates, it's room availability and room prices, I want to be able to open up
the photos, reviews and the map etc.

The trouble I have when I do this is the index page keeps reloading furiously
so it is impossible to see anything, also HTTrack starts to download the
entire site, so I start getting 20gb file sizes until I stop it.

I want just that one hotel page.
