You may need to contact your website provider. Or if you have cpanel access go
into your settings.  Most hosting providers have some default settings
againist abusers. Sounds like if you are using a paid service you need to go
into your setting and whitelist yourself. Also if you have paid service you
may want to look at using ftp or sftp. As these will let you copy the files
with you getting yourself blocked.  You may have abused your own website. Usu
