I'm working up a "nice" "pretty" version in MS-Word for 
3.22.  Once I'm happy with the result (styles and all) I 
shall make it available as RTF.  (Sorry, Microsoft, but 
there's no way I will allow you to try writing an 
abomination of an web page from any Office app.  I've seen 
enough mangled invalid and non-standard HTML merged 
unnecessarily duff XML to last 2 lifetimes...)
