Practically it means you should try check can you access the same link in web
browser and do you have to login, have account, verify captcha etc. If not,
then very likely you need to change user agent in httrack options. You can
copy browsers user agent by accessing <chrome://version> in chrome, or about:
something in firefox. If you suspect ip address is problem, try using vpn like
windscribe vpn.
