I am trying to download information from <https://www.physiou.health/> 

However, in order to access the content from the website, you must log in with
username and password through <https://app.physiou.health/> . The content is
organized into various sub-links like
app.physiou.health/app/patient_ed/j2/t70/ for example. When I try to post that
link into HTTtrack, it downloads the right text, images, and videos, but when
I open the mirrored website, all I get is a blank screen with a single white
bar at the top. I have tried to use the username:password combo with the URL
but it does not work. Can anyone help?
