Httrack works with Tor.

httrack --mirror whatever -P localhost:9050
Does it for me.

If mirroring seems to start but leaves an empty site, your Proxy settings
where incorrect.

Some websites block Tor users tho :/
Some throw 503s and stuff.

You could try to change your circuit so you get another exit or even use a VPN
behind Tor.

Try again and write a mail tho the content provider asking if they could
consider unblocking Tor users.
