I need to download an entire site that is using Drupal into a static site that
isn't "localized". It's never going to change and we don't want to maintain
Drupal.

I plan on uploading it to a new server and hosting it there, so I need a copy
that isn't "localized" and doesn't download all external site pages.

If there is a way, I need detailed settings and instructions on how to do
that. I've tried using SiteSucker, but cannot figure out how to NOT download
all the externally used files (VERY FRUSTRATING!)

Any helpful links or suggestions are welcome.
