I'm having a problem with a site that has image files 
stored with no extension. They are in a Resources 
directory, and have names like "1278". They are JPEG files, 
but are getting an html extension, which causes them to 
fail to display. I tried mapping type mime/jpeg to jpg file 
extension, but that didn't work. Any hints?
