I had downloaded a site that was unsecured (address preface of http://). 

The site now has a secured version (address preface https://). I am now trying
to download just the updates. I'd like to use the secured version for the
updates. I can change the site prefix in the URL box to grab the secured
version. Will this force an entire rebuild of the website, or will only the
files that changed be updated?
