Why is Httrack so slow on some websites?  I am trying to mirror a site before
it goes out of business and I am getting a speed of 270B/s.  That's bytes, not
kilobytes.  Sometimes it drops down to 10B/s.  I've only download 100MB after
8 hours.  I've already tried modifying the Max Transfer Rate and doing so had
no effect.  I can browse the site at normal speeds on my web browser.
