If the problem you're facing is "limit mirroring depth to one; a.k.a. do not
mirror more than one level", then you may *also* try to disable "Get non-HTML
files related to link" option in Options>Links tab, however my narrative is
related to WinHTTrack with GUI. But I'm sure you'll find relevant command line
option. In case I understood your problem wrong, sorry.
