Yes, it is exactly the same on WinHTTrack 3.49-2 on Windows x86-64, except for
files greater than 4 GB do not cause any "size related" issues due to 64 bit
environment. But other behaivor is the same.

It first happened to me upon using the feature "Update existing download"
after WinHTTrack gave up due to "Panic: Too many URLs, giving up..(>100000)".
