Hi all,

When I am trying to mirror my favorite weather widget, httrack always
downloads ALL resources new, not just those which were modified. I checked
using firefox inspector: the http response on these files reports a long ago
modified date.

Here is the command:

Any ideas how to fix this?
The reason I am doing this is because I need to fix the color in the svg
files, because the way it is, all svg files appear blank on my e-ink display.

I am using httrack 3.49-2 on Debian 10.11.
