While using Httrack it took about 12 hours to download 4000 files. While
downloading I saw that it had scanned about 20000 files. But as I was pressing
ctrl+c to cancel the download. I pressed ctrl and some button the download
speed shot up and it climbed up to 7000 files downloaded in a few seconds.
Sadly it hit the file limit and  stopped downloading. So does anybody know why
it the download speed shot up?
