Normally "Continue an interrupted mirror" should do that, 
except for several error cases (non-cacheable error pages, 
for example), *but* the engine will have to quickly rescan 
the complete structure anyway (generally without 
downloading anything), because the engine HAS to build 
internal structure tables to continue downloading the site.
