Subject: How do you avoid error 409 (TooManyRequests)??

Which settings should you use to not get this error going on? it has skipped
half of the stuff on the site because of this I think. I tried speed as slow
as 2000 b/s and it still wouldn't avoid the error.
I also get some " Error: "Error when decompressing" (-1)" errors.
