I have noticed that when I mirror/update a site - LOTS of files are winding up
with a .html suffix where this is not true on the site.  I can't find any
combination of options to disable that behavior.  It is weird that a mirroring
program would produce something that is not a mirror.  What can I do to get a
"clean" mirror, with no renaming or anything?
